Todd is originally from the south coast of NSW and began his apprenticeship in a fine dining restaurant in Bermagui. Todd has combined his love of cooking and travel – the highlights being Canberra, Margaret River and Noosa where he worked at the prestigious Sails Restaurant. Todd joined the corner in 2007.
